downloadxAI does not host, store, upload, or cache any videos or other media files on its servers. The Service operates as a tool that interacts with publicly accessible third-party platforms, and all content remains under the control of its original platform and creators.

2. Submitting a copyright notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed through use of the Service, send a notice to support@videodownloaderai.com including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) the URL(s) where the material appears, (c) your contact information, (d) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Response times

We review valid DMCA notices promptly and aim to acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and to process verified takedown requests within 5 business days. Incomplete notices may be delayed until sufficient information is provided.

4. Counter-notices

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with the same contact details, including your consent to jurisdiction and acceptance of service of process.
